that in general, I don't care much for reality TV crew. With a few exceptions of course, they are all a lousy bunch of douchebags.
Not only are they not at all friendly, they expect PAs to do their jobs for them... things such as
Hanging extension cords from trees, 20 feet in the air, and turning on lights - isn't that electric, or grip, or lighting?
Expecting PAs to not only find props, but then redress the set with them - isn't that art dept?
And my favorite - having us sit around for 12 hours doing nothing, and in the last 1/2 hour, give us a task that will put over our wrap time by 15 minutes.
To top it off, I got shortchanged by the cashier at the gas station tonight, and now I have pay $10 out of pocket.

it sucks about getting short-changed. the other stuff is just life. someone always wants you to do more than your job description.
i try to beat them at their own game by looking for things to do until someone with more authority tells me to quit working so hard.
